Futja e praktikave t\u00eb q\u00ebndrueshme t\u00eb menaxhimit rajonal t\u00eb mbetjeve – Landfilld sanitare, klasifikimi i mbetjeve te riciklueshme, kompostimi – shkon s\u00eb bashku me furnizimin e pajisjeve t\u00eb reja p\u00ebr mbledhjen e mbetjeve urbane dhe mb\u00ebshtetet nga Bashk\u00ebpunimi Gjermano-Shqiptar p\u00ebrmes Bank\u00ebs s\u00eb Zhvillimit t\u00eb KfW n\u00eb kuadrin e Programit te Menaxhimit Integruar t\u00eb Mbetjeve Urbane n\u00eb Vlor\u00eb. Aktivitetet e ndryshme t\u00eb Programit koordinohen nga Agjencia Komb\u00ebtare e Uj\u00ebsjell\u00ebsit, Kanalizimeve dhe Infrastruktures se Mbetjeve (AKUM).
