MIM Vlorё represents the Regional Waste Management Centre in the Waster Zone North Vlorё. It was founded as a Public Service Company under the Albanian Law in March 2019 and will ensure a smooth and effective management of the new Sanitary Landfill in Sherishtë including an on-site Material Recovery Facility (MRF) and a Pilot Compost Plant located in the western part of Vlorё City. With providing these regional services it will contribute to the establishment of a modern and optimized and integrated system of separate waste collection, composting, recycling and final disposal.
